Program Description

Depending on your consent, you may receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from FI Connect, LLC dba Hello Refi (“Hello Refi”) and service providers acting on our behalf.

Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include both loan/application communications and marketing communications.

Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages, including marketing messages, is not required to apply for or obtain a loan or purchase any goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your application stage, account activity, interactions with Hello Refi, and whether you have consented to marketing communications.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Contact your wireless carrier with questions about your text or data plan.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting Out

You may opt out of Hello Refi SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any Hello Refi text message.
